Design & Construction Standards

TVWD's Water System Design and Construction Standards (Standards) describe the requirements for design and construction of water facilities within District service boundaries. The Standards provide guidelines for engineers and project managers in consulting firms for the production of engineering plans, as well as provide material and workmanship standards for contractors who will construct the public water facilities in the field. The Standards also include a set of Detail Drawings.
