Services cannot be stopped/started the same day you are submitting this form. Please allow one business day to process your request. If your stop/start date falls on a weekend or holiday, services will be started/stopped on the next business day. We cannot back-date the service date.

Instead of a paper bill, you will receive an email with a link to the customer service portal, where you can view and pay your bill.  
Supplemental Information *
TVWD and TVWD/CWS joint properties will be set-up with interim billing to occur when a tenant stops their account. The owner’s account will automatically start in-between tenants to ensure proper billing. Fixed charges will continue to bill regardless of water consumption. If the property is changing ownership, closing documents showing the new owner’s information will be required to stop the prior owner’s account and establish interim billing with the new owner.
