Project Information
Are you remodeling your house or adding an ADU and need a larger meter? Are you building an apartment complex? Are you constructing a new data center? Explain that briefly here.
Development Type *

If the development is a subdivision or partition, provide the range of number of lots.
Define the largest meter size that is anticipated required for the project.
Will a separate fire line be required for the project?
If known, provide estimated month and year for start of construction.
Property Information
Provide information of the property being developed. If more than one tax lot is part of the development, provide information for one of the tax lots with a designated site address. If no site address exists, provide the tax lot ID for the largest tax lot.
Contact Information
Provide contact information for the property owner, the owner's designated representative (if applicable), and the engineer of record.
If the applicant is other than the property owner (i.e., designated representative) managing the project on their behalf, specify below and provide contact information below if applicable.
EOR must be licensed in the State of Oregon and stamp the submitted engineering plans.
Engineering Plans
Upload or provide a link to stamped engineering plans in PDF format. Ensure that the PDF document is not locked as District staff will need to make comments to this document. To meet applicable OAR or engineering firm requirements, a second digitally signed document may be provided.
