The Gold Plan subscription program is available for residential customers with backflow assemblies which are easily accessible. In order to maintain efficiencies and keep costs down with our program, the Gold Plan is not available for commercial customers, home owner associations, or residential customers whose backflow assemblies are difficult to access (in a garage, crawl space, basement, behind locked gates, properties with animals in the yard, more than 24" below grade, etc.). For customers with multiple backflow assemblies, each assembly will be tested under the Gold Plan (with a charge of $40 per assembly), as the Gold Plan is applied to all assemblies on the account.
Only the customer named on the billing account for the service address may enroll in the Gold Plan.
