Tualatin Valley Water District (TVWD) anticipates issuing multiple procurements for engineering and related services during the 2025 and 2026 calendar years. TVWD will hold an informational meeting on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (Meeting) for the purpose of sharing the anticipated procurements, types of services, schedule, and information about participating in TVWD’s procurement process. The Meeting will be held in-person in the TVWD Board room located at 1850 SW 170th Avenue in Beaverton, Oregon and virtually via Microsoft Teams. Interested parties must email bidsandproposals [at] tvwd.org (bidsandproposals[at]tvwd[dot]org) to request a calendar invitation to the Teams Meeting no later than July 28, 2025.
Additionally, TVWD is making the Cooper Mountain Predesign Report available to interested parties for an upcoming solicitation for engineering design services. The report may be obtained by submitting a public record request: https://www.tvwd.org/district/page/public-records-and-meeting-law.
Attendance at this meeting is NOT required to participate in TVWD solicitations. This meeting is for informational purposes only and TVWD is not obligated to the specific procurements, schedule, projects, or processes shared during the meeting. TVWD staff will not meet individually with companies or representatives unable to attend.
