Services cannot be stopped/started the same day you are submitting this form. Please allow one business day to process your request. If your stop/start date falls on a weekend or holiday, services will be started/stopped on the next business day. We cannot back-date the service date.

Mailing Address Information
Customers requesting paperless bill must enter a valid e-mail. The company will not be responsible for invalid e-mails nor delay pending collection activities. Users are hereby authorizing the company to send their utility bills in PDF format instead of paper bills. Users remain responsible for the timely payment of their utility account regardless of the bill delivery method. The company will not disclose customer e-mails to other companies for request purpose.

Please allow up to two business days for your request to be processed. In some cases, we may be unable to complete your request online. You will receive an email confirming whether your request was processed or further action is required.

If the property is currently vacant, the effective date will be the date the request is processed. Allow up to two business days for processing. Interim billing accounts automatically open and close in-between tenants. Fixed charges bill regardless of water consumption.
