Offsite Water Main Installation
- Two water mains will cross under Farmington Road, one connecting to an existing water main and one continuing south up Grabhorn Road to Leland Drive to an existing water main connected to the Grabhorn Reservoir
- Construction is scheduled from November 2021 to February 2022

Onsite Project Construction
- Construction is estimated to last 12 months, starting as early as February 2022
- Site grading and earthwork to closer match the grade of Farmington Road
- Onsite water main installation for underground piping connections
- Operations building construction and critical water system equipment installation
- Storm water ponds and detention facilities
- Landscaping and security fencing around the site
- Commissioning and start of operations
