Get to Know Team TVWD

We miss meeting with our customers and neighbors face-to-face. Despite hosting virtual open houses and meetings, we hope to get to meet and know you before this project is completed. We are proud to introduce the team guiding this project from start to finish. 

Nick Augustus - Project Manager

Nick is a Professional Engineer with more than 15 years' experience, 11 of those years at TVWD. As the Capital Improvement Program Manager, Nick leads the engineering efforts for the District's large projects from design, to contracting, through construction and commissioning. Nick has managed similar projects for other areas of the TVWD service territory. 

Justin Dyke - Outreach and Engagement Coordinator

Justin is the district's outreach coordinator. Prior to joining TVWD four years ago, Justin worked in water and utility communications for eight years. He leads TVWD's communication efforts for capital projects, construction and maintenance, and serves as a public information officer during emergency response situations. 

James Johnson & Jeff Tuck - Project Inspectors

James and Jeff have 50 years of combined water system experience between TVWD and the West Slope Water District. They have served in nearly every field operations role, with firsthand experience and expertise in building, maintaining, and operating TVWD's water system. James and Jeff work directly with all contractors working on the water system, whether the contractor is performing a small, local development or a large capital improvements to the District. The inspectors ensure quality of work is maintained at all times. They will be the most visible members of the project team throughout construction.
