Providing Quality Water and Customer Service

TVWD's Customer Service staff is happy to serve you. Feel free to contact our Customer Service staff with questions at (503) 848-3000. You can also visit our Contact Us Web Page for a full departmental contact list. Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. We are closed weekends and holidays.

Make A Payment

Make a PaymentPay your bill with a debit/credit card or sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer through our free online account system. You can also pay by phone or drop off your payment in person.

Sewer, Surface Water and Stormwater Service

Rights-of-Way Fees

row_thumbThe Cities of Tigard, Beaverton and Hillsboro have implemented a right-of-way usage fee (ROW fee) on the gross revenue received by TVWD from customers within their city limits. A ROW fee is a charge by a city for locating pipes and other infrastructure within the public rights-of-way.

 

Emergency Assistance Program

change_thumbTVWD has partnered with Care to Share to provide assistance with water bills. Care to Share is a Beaverton based non-profit agency that provides a variety of assistance and resources to citizens in need.
