Blueprint For A Modern Water System

Installing PipeCaptial improvement projects (CIPs) are planned and constructed throughout the year to meet current and future water needs. At any given time, TVWD has a variety of these projects in motion, including pipe replacement, reservoir construction, and building improvements. You can learn more about how TVWD's construction of CIPs might impact you in the short term by reading our Water Supply Improvement Fact Sheet (PDF)
