Water Quality Imposters

TVWD has recently become aware of callers (or people stopping by houses) informing customers they need to set up a water quality test. Please be aware that TVWD does not call customers to set up water quality tests.

If you ever have a question about whether we attempted to contact you, call (503) 642-1511. If you are unsure of whether someone is a TVWD employee, ask to see their badge or call us.
