Every Sunday from 1:30 a.m. - 2:30 a.m. and every third Saturday of the month from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m., TVWD's Web site will be unavailable due to routine maintenance. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.


Through the generosity of TVWD customers, more than $8,100 has been donated during 2013 to assist those who need help paying their water bills. These contributions were provided to Care to Share to distribute the funds to those in need.  Read more about Care to Share, including how you can donate or request assistance.

  • Customers With New Zip Code Will Be Automatically Updated

    We are aware that many customers will have a new zip code effective July 1. If you have been advised by the post office your zip code will change, your account with us will be updated automatically and no action is required on your part. Posted 6-26

  • Miller Hill Rd ASR Begins Construction

    TVWD recently began construction of the Miller Hill Road Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) facility. Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) is a water supply strategy that involves injecting treated drinking water into underground aquifers through a well and then pumping the water out of the well when it is needed for consumption.   • TVWD Staff Recognized At PNWS-AWWA Conference

    TVWD CEO Mark Knudson was recently awarded the American Water Works Association (AWWA) Recognition of Service to the Water Industry Profession and Customer and Support Services Manager Brenda Lennox was awarded the George Warren Fuller Award. Both awards were given at the Pacific Northwest Section - AWWA (PNWS-AWWA) annual conference. Posted 5-22
