Through the generosity of TVWD customers, more than $750 has been donated during the month of March to assist those who need help paying their water bills. Your Reliable Drinking Water Future
On April 24, 2013, the District's Board of Commissioners voted to take steps to secure an additional water supply from the mid-Willamette River at Wilsonville. This option provides for high quality tap water at a lower cost, with less implementation risk than the other viable alternatives. This will be in addition to the other sources the District currently uses.

- District Board Weighs Long-Term Water Supply Options
At their April 24 meeting, the Tualatin Valley Water District (TVWD) Board of Commissioners unanimously adopted the mid-Willamette River at Wilsonville as the District's preferred long-term water supply option. Posted 4-25
- Changes to TVWD’s Rebate Program
Starting on July 15, 2013, in an effort to refine our conservation program and target those efforts that provide the most water savings, TVWD is ending the washing machine rebate. All purchases of washing machines must be made before July 15, 2013 to qualify for this rebate and be received by TVWD (with proof of purchase receipt) within 90 days of the purchase date. There is a limit of one washing machine rebate per household. Posted 4-17
- 2013-2015 Budget Process
TVWD takes pride in having an open and transparent budget process. The District prepares a budget every two years (a biennial budget), as allowed by Oregon law. The proposed 2013-15 biennial budget will be reviewed on May 22 by the District's Budget Committee, which is comprised of five citizen members who live within the District and the five members of the Board of Commissioners.
