Every Sunday from 1:30 a.m. - 2:30 a.m. and every third Saturday of the month from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m., TVWD's Web site will be unavailable due to routine maintenance. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.


Through the generosity of TVWD customers, more than $8,100 has been donated during 2013 to assist those who need help paying their water bills. These contributions were provided to Care to Share to distribute the funds to those in need.  Read more about Care to Share, including how you can donate or request assistance.

Join Us For Willamette Water Supply Open Houses


The Willamette Water Supply Program is planning to develop an additional source of water from the mid-Willamette River at Wilsonville. Several pipeline route alternatives are being considered, some near your neighborhood. Construction in most areas will not begin for several years. Attend an open house to learn more!

Make Sure Your Phone Number Is Up To Date


TVWD is asking customers to make sure phone numbers are up to date so we can update you about planned water outages, emergencies, and other impacts to your water account. Please help us gather this important information by filling out our online form (no login required) or calling (503) 642-1511 and updating your phone number even if we have it on file. Please be assured that this information is for TVWD's use only.

  • Potential Willamette Water Supply Pipeline Routes Identified

    Did you know several pipeline route options are being considered for further study and refinement to bring water from the Willamette River Water Treatment Plant to TVWD customers by 2026? This fall, the Willamette Water Supply Program will hold a series of open houses in Wilsonville and other cities in Washington County, and also sponsor an online open house. These open houses provide opportunities for the public to give feedback on the potential pipeline routes. Posted 10-20

  • TVWD Board of Commissioners Adopts Water Rates Effective November 1

    On August 20, 2014, following a public hearing, the TVWD Board of Commissioners passed Resolution 11-14 adopting an increase to water rates and a revised fee schedule for other services the District provides. Posted 8-28

  • Customers With New Zip Code Will Be Automatically Updated

    We are aware that many customers will have a new zip code effective July 1. If you have been advised by the post office your zip code will change, your account with us will be updated automatically and no action is required on your part. Posted 6-26
