Every Sunday from 1:30 a.m. - 2:30 a.m. and every third Saturday of the month from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m., TVWD's Web site will be unavailable due to routine maintenance. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.


Through the generosity of TVWD customers, more than $8,100 has been donated during 2013 to assist those who need help paying their water bills. These contributions were provided to Care to Share to distribute the funds to those in need.  Read more about Care to Share, including how you can donate or request assistance.

Join Us For Willamette Water Supply Open Houses


The Willamette Water Supply Program is planning to develop an additional source of water from the mid-Willamette River at Wilsonville. Several pipeline route alternatives are being considered, some near your neighborhood. Construction in most areas will not begin for several years. Attend an open house to learn more!

  • TVWD Board of Commissioners Adopts Water Rates Effective November 1

    On August 20, 2014, following a public hearing, the TVWD Board of Commissioners passed Resolution 11-14 adopting an increase to water rates and a revised fee schedule for other services the District provides. Posted 8-28

  • Don't Be Fooled By Water Employee Imposters

    News stories have recently reported about imposters posing as utility employees to collect bill payments or gain entrance into people's homes. TVWD wants you to know that although we may go to your door to ask you a few water-related questions, we will never ask for a payment in person or ask to enter your house without a previous appointment. TVWD employees will always have a photo ID badge. Posted 8-14

  • Customers With New Zip Code Will Be Automatically Updated

    We are aware that many customers will have a new zip code effective July 1. If you have been advised by the post office your zip code will change, your account with us will be updated automatically and no action is required on your part. Posted 6-26
