Residential Water Rates

Residential Water Charges

Faucet OnTVWD provides billing for three separate service areas:

  • Tualatin Valley Water District
  • Southwood Park Water District
  • Valley View Water District

Calculating Water Rates

  • Water rates are calculated differently for each of the service areas TVWD manages. For more information and other fees in the TVWD service area, look at our detailed Water Rates Breakdown (PDF) or visit our Water Meter Purchasing Page.
  • For information about sewer and surface water charges, visit our About Sewer and Stormwater Service Web Page.

TVWD bills based on the number of CCFs used. One CCF = 100 Cubic Feet or 748. The Portland Water Bureau has an excellent Web application to convert CCFs to gallons.
