TVWD has many easy, convenient ways to make a payment for your bill. NOTE: If you have an urgent shutoff notice, please pay online, by phone or in person.

Mouse Thumbnail Make a payment with Visa, Mastercard or Debit Card from the comfort of your own home! All you need to start is a valid E-mail account and a copy of your bill. 

Pay by Phone

Phone ThumbnailCall (503) 642-1511 and you can make a payment over the phone with Visa, Mastercard or Debit Card.

Automatic Payment: Login | Signup

Bill Paid ThumbnailHave your bill deducted from your bank or financial institution account automatically, no earlier than the due date on your bill. Sign up online, return the Automatic Payment Authorization Form (PDF), or call (503) 642-1511.

Headquarters Entrance ThumbnailTo make a payment in person, visit us at TVWD Headquarters at 1850 SW 170th Ave, Beaverton, OR 97006, (just south of the Elmonica Max Station).

Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 7 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. We are closed weekends and holidays.
