* Fixed water charges are fees charged for your water service regardless of the amount of water you use.
** Block 1 charges are calculated by multiplying your 12 month moving average by 1.4 (or up to 140% of your yearly average water usage). Volume is measured in CCF: 100 Cubic Feet or 748 Gallons.
*** Block 2 charges apply to volume that exceed the Block 1 threshold.
Note: Class Code 5 - Fireline accounts do not have a heavy use charge.
