* Fixed water charges are fees charged for your water service regardless of the amount of water you use.

**  Base Allowance is calculated by multiplying your 12 month moving average by 1.4 (or up to 140% of your yearly average water usage). Base allowance is measured in CCF: 100 Cubic Feet or 748 Gallons.

*** Heavy Use refers to using more than your base allowance. Also measured in CCF: 100 Cubic Feet or 748 Gallons.

Note: Class Code 5 - Fireline accounts do not have a heavy use charge.
