Online Customer Service Portal Registration Tips
The Tualatin Valley Water District and Clean Water Services new, online water utility customer service portal launched on July 2, 2022. New customers and customers who have not logged in since July 1, 2022 will need to create a new login to access the portal.
To register, you need your service address and your account number:
- Visit tvwd.org/portal
- Click on the "Register" button
- The service address must exactly match the address as it appears on your bill. As you type, the system will auto-populate and you must select the address from our system.
- Bill statements clearly label your account number.
- If you are using a bill statement from before July 1 2022, enter the account number but do not include the dash:
- In the old system, your account number looked like 00012345-07.
- To register in the new system, use all the numbers without the dash and you can drop the zeroes at the beginning: 1234507
If the account number and address match, you will be able to register.
